RUN DRY WASTEWATER DISPOSAL

Draygon’s DRG Run Dry wastewater disposal evaporators are economical solutions for eliminating aqueous waste streams from 2-35 gallons/7.5-132 liters per hour while limiting your risk of violating EPA and state regulations.

All Draygon Run Dry evaporators can be run dry without damage to the evaporator and will reduce the waste stream by up to 99% of the original volume.  No sewer connection is required, and NPDES discharge permits are not normally needed.

Draygon AMF Advancing Media Filters remove larger particle contaminates from your waste stream to further improve the efficiency of our wastewater evaporators. They offer dual probe controls for automatic belt advance and discharge pump operation into a sludge collection tray, along with automatic shutoff.

All models have a gear driven conveyor transfer pump and adjustable media belt tension and baked enamel and stainless steel options for high corrosion resistance.

STANDARDS COMPLIANT OIL AND WATER SEPARATORS
Our oil and water separators result in a Reynold's number less than 500 to ensure optimum separation

Draygon Oil / Water Separators meet EPA Method 413.2 and European Standard EN 858-1 (99.99% Free Oil Removal). Our Oil / Water Separators include a tank containing an inlet compartment, separation chamber, sludge chamber, and clean water outlet chamber.

Droplets are intercepted by the corrugated plates as the oil/water mixture flows through the separator, new droplets coalesce with retained droplets, making larger droplets. Enlarged droplets are released and rise to the surface to be decanted into a storage tank. Stokes' Law calculations, based on a flow of zero velocity, result in a Reynold's number less than 500 to ensure optimum separation.
